Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Memberships will begin on the day of purchase unless a specific date is agreed.
2. Bring-a-friend passes expire when membership expires, and are valid from the membership start date.
3. Bring-a-friend passes hold no cash value.
4. One bring-a-friend pass covers up to 3 hours of gaming for a single person. Multiple passes can be used at a time. Passes can be used by "Student" and "Annual" members to cover extra game time after their daily free game time has been used.
5. 3 hours of game time on "Student" and "Annual" memberships reset daily and do not carry over or accrue.
6. Membership discount is on full priced food & drink items only. Not available on menu deals where a discount is already applied. Discount applicable to members’ tab only.
7. Membership discount is not applicable to bottomless brunch.
8. Multiple membership discounts cannot be stacked.
9. £40 café credit can be used against food & drink, game time as well as Sliced n Diced products. Excludes vendors selling through the café such as, but not limited to, Fire & Brimsoap, Soop Studios etc.
10. Having a membership does not guarantee a space for gaming at the café or scheduled events. Booking is recommended to guarantee a space.
11. For any special ticketed events, or external events hosted at the café, membership does not cover the cost of these.
12. "Blood on the Clocktower" memberships allows for unlimited Blood on the Clocktower gameplay, whether that's a café organised event or the member arranging their own. For instances where a member is arranging their own game, usual game rates will apply to anyone in the group who is not a member.
